CrossFit Central Kids hosted its first UTB (Under the Bridge) Kids free community workout this past Saturday, February 26th. And yes - there were hula hoops!

This new monthly event will be held along side the adult CrossFit Central UTB on the last Saturday of each month under the Mopac pedestrian bridge on the north side of Lady Bird Lake.

Mark your calendars and join us for the next UTB Kids on March 26th!

March CFC Kids programs start TODAY!

Monday/Wednesday
4:00 - 4:45 p.m.  CFC Kids (ages 5-9 years)
4:45 - 5:00 p.m. CFC Teens (ages 10-16 years)

NEW CLASS TIME:
Tuesday/Thursday
4:00 - 4:45 p.m. CFC Kids (ages 5-9 years)

Effective March 2011, all CFC Kids classes are capped at 10 kids - auto pay is the best way to ensure your child secures his/her spot in class. Contact the front desk at CrossFit Central for assistance with scheduling and payment.
