Happy Monday

Yea it's Monday!  Just a few more weeks of summer left.  Who is ready to get back school and get some smarts?????  In the mean time, here is a little Tuesday homework WOD for you.

Warm-up: Rock out to your favorite song.  Bring out your best dance moves and dance like no one is watching!

3 rds for time:
10 burpees
15 push-ups
20 squats
20 sit-ups
15 walking lunges
10 sprawls

Trivia: A giraffe only sleeps about 4 hours a day.  NOT YOU! Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night...we'll be able to see it in your workout.
